Executive Function Self-Assessment

Twenty-four quick questions across six areas of executive function — focus, working memory, planning, emotional regulation, task initiation, and flexibility. Your results are sent to your inbox. This is a reflection tool for self-understanding, not a diagnostic test.

How it works

A note on what this is

Executive function challenges show up in ADHD and autism, but also in anxiety, depression, chronic stress, poor sleep, and plenty of other situations. A high score here does not mean you have any particular condition — and a low score does not rule anything out. If these struggles are significantly affecting your life, a qualified healthcare provider is the right person to talk to. This assessment exists to help you reflect, and to give a coaching conversation a concrete starting point.
